Setup and delivery are not offered in order to help you save on costs. This is why we provide a generous 5-day rental period, giving you plenty of time for pickup, setup, and return.
All rental items must be returned to our showroom within five business days after pick-up. If any item is returned damaged, the renter will be responsible for paying the full retail “REPLACEMENT COST” of the item, plus any applicable shipping costs.

Please be sure to reserve your items early, as bookings are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. If your requested items are already reserved for that date, you will be unable to pay to book your reservation.)Please call or text if you have any or concerns.
💳 Payment Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required at booking to secure your rental items.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 2 days prior to the event date.
Orders not paid by this deadline may be subject to cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.
